CANCELLATION DUE TO INADEQUATE USERS
Whenever there are inadequate users a tournament is cancelled, and all remaining users will be refunded their entry fee to their respective user accounts.
In cases of accidental or erroneous cash credits to any party, user or entity, the company can independently or on user request initiate such an amount accidently or erroneously made to be refunded within a time period of 10 days of initiating such a transaction. The company will process the refund if it is a genuine case of accidental or erroneous cash credit, which is clear from your request or after our own independent investigation. The refund amount will be credited within two weeks to the financial instrument/platform that was used to make the corresponding transaction.
A user may cease to use the company's gaming services and terminate his/her account by emailing us at email@example.com with a clear explanation of an user's intention. After evaluating and authenticating such a request and at the company's discretion, a refund shall be processed to the said user for the entire cash amount available in this user's account within a period of 10 working days from the validation of such request while terminating such a user account.
Please note, that any account actions a user undertakes after emailing a termination including, but not limited to, playing cash games, tournaments, depositing and withdrawing money, will be deemed as actions taken solely by the user and the company shall not be responsible for any subsequent user actions.
